1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KickAI at kickai.pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KickAI is a web-based tool that allows users to generate football-themed AI images, including FIFA-style player cards, World Cup fan photos, team posters, and other football imagery. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
  • Generate images that are defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise illegal
  • Use the Service to create content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent free tier usage limits through technical means
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose beyond personal use without our written consent
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant KickAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested image.

Images generated by KickAI may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. KickAI retains rights to the underlying templates, models, and technology used to generate images.

5. Paid Plans and Refunds

  • World Cup Pass ($4.9): One-time purchase, valid from June 5 to July 19, 2026. Non-refundable after use.
  • Pro Subscription ($8/month): Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

6. Free Tier Limits

Free users may generate up to 2 AI-powered images per day. Canvas-based templates (Football Card, My Team Poster) are unlimited for all users. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations. AI-generated images may occasionally produce unexpected results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KickAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
